This large framework during the AMP6 is one of the largest water infrastructure improvement programmes to date, and are looking for a few Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join the sites in Borehamwood and Maple Cross to oversee the commercial functions of the water and sewage treatment works. The companies involved in the joint venture are well renowned within the industry and always look to deliver on time and to the best of their ability, and wish for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to do the same. The current scheme of work has 2 years remaining during the AMP6, working on building and repairing the new water and sewage treatment works, with opportunity to move onto more projects during AMP7 and a chance to enhance your career to a more senior position on one of the largest joint ventures in the UK to date.

Required:

• Structured career history
• NEC experience
• General Civils Experience
