Role:

As the HR Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. The HR Manager will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, stakeholders, and board of directors.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
  • An approachable leader with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in overseeing HR initiatives, enhancing staff morale, and implementing HR policies that reflect the company's core values
  • Adept at managing conflict, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting organizational culture
  • Experience in the engineering sector is advantageous but not essential
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable
