Groundworks Foreman - Kent

Come and join a market leading groundworks contractor, working on projects worth up to £15m!

This is an exciting freelance opportunity in Kent, working for a leading groundworks contractor. This contractor are looking for 8 Groundworks Foremen, all over Kent to work on new housing projects, schools, industrial units, warehouses and power stations worth up to £15m! The chosen Groundworks Foremen will play pivotal roles within the team on these projects, and will be tasked in managing the blue collar staff, to ensure that quality is maintained and projects are completed to the deadlines set. The contract is initially for 6 months, but work will not be few and far between, with the projects expected to last for another 5 years +.

Required:

• Groundworks experience
• Valid CSCS card (Gold or Black only)
• Valid SSSTS
• Experience managing blue collar staff
