The opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a well-respected professional consultancy. They are a multi-disciplinary practice of chartered surveyors and chartered architects providing in-house design and management of all types and sizes of building project – from inception to completion. Initially, the role will see you reporting to the experienced Building Surveyor on a variety of projects, mainly schools, including refurbishments, extensions and altercations.

As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), this organisation offers appropriate training for all staff which includes:

– RICS/RIBA accredited courses/seminars

– Technical courses

– In-house presentations and seminars by specialists

Required:

• Degree in Surveying or equivalent
• 1 – 2 years’ experience preferred but not essential
