Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor (Utilities) - London

Come and be a part of one of the water industries most highly-anticipated projects!

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to work for an established utilities contractor for a large framework contract they have with Thames Water. This is on a framework contract that is likely to see out the end of AMP8, so there is a potential 7 years’ worth of work!

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties will be to:

• Manage a small team of Assistant Quantity surveyors
• Oversee a large portion of the framework from a commercial standpoint
• Attend regular meetings with the Commercial Manager to see the client to discuss progress

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a background of working on framework based contracts. Ideally this would be within the utilities sector.
