Freelance Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks) - Hampshire

Do you have 10+ years’ experience in overseeing the commercial function of groundworks projects?

An independently-owned specialist groundworks contractor has recently secured a £15m groundworks package for a large residential development in Aldershot. They are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a minimum of 12 months to oversee this project from inception through to completion.

This role offers the option of working 3 days a week if preferable, or full-time can be suitable too. 

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have 10+ years’ experience within the groundworks sector, a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and the ability to manage their own projects from start to finish.
