An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fire Risk Assessor - Building Surveyor to work within the public sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small company that cares about their employees. The role is initially for the duration of 3 months with the likelihood of this being extended.
As Fire Risk Assessor – Building Surveyor your duties will include:
Carrying out FRA inspections works on the fire programme including Fire upgrade works & priority remedial works following renewal dates
Carrying out pre inspections on housing stock managing a kitchen and bathroom replacement programme
Delivery of all types of fire protection works to residential sheltered scheme properties
Undertaking post inspections of completed works, assessing quality and value for money
You will have experience working within a public sector organisation, preferably with over 5 years’ current experience within this area
To have worked as a Project Manager or Building Surveyor
To have delivered a programme of Fire Risk Assessor works for a registered social landlord
A full, valid driving license and own transport is essential for this role
Experience of working with vulnerable tenants
