A contractor based in Stevenage has identified the opportunity for an Estimator to join their team. This well-respected organisation works across public and private sectors, on multimillion-pound building contracts, large refurbishments and specialist fit-outs with 80% of their turnover coming from personally referred or repeat business.

Initially the role will see you involved in their new-build, refurbishment and fit-out work across the private and public sectors, covering education, health, commercial, retail, residential, defence and leisure sectors.

Required:

• D&B / new build background
• Main contractor background
• 5 - 10 years relevant experience
