• The opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a well-respected main contractor based in Essex.
• Whilst working alongside the experienced pre-construction team, the role will see you working on a variety of fit out and new build projects from £10k to £1m in value.
• Whether it’s the concept for a new restaurant, the modelling of a new retail venture, the upgrade of an existing outlet or the renovation of a high end residential or commercial property, this organisation is constantly and consistently focused on project delivery and prides itself on its volume of repeat business.

Required criteria for this Estimator role:

• 5 - 8 years’ Estimating experience
• Main contractor background
• New build / fit out / refurb experience essential
