Salary to £80,000 + car allowance + comprehensive package, based in Clapham London

Independently & collaboratively tendering for a range of projects valued from £3m - £10m operating in the specialist refurb and fit out market working on high-end residential and commercial projects, often with restricted access and complicated briefs this firm, established for nearly 20 years, seeks an additional Estimator to continue their commercially successful growth.

Using “Conquest” software, ideally the successful Estimator will have prior software experience, (preferably, though not essentially, “Conquest”). This role involves tendering for structural design packages as well as co-ordinating and compiling subcontractor packages for the build.

Working in an existing team of four Estimators and reporting to the Commercial Director, there is scope for fast-track career development to Senior Estimator status.
