Engineering Manager  (Water Exp)

Based Peterborough (PE1)  

Salary up to £80k + Package + Subsistence  OR up to £500 a day

Due to an increased workload this successful civil engineering contractor is seeking an Engineering Manager to play a key role on clean and wastewater projects in Peterborough.

Responsibilities in this role include overseeing the engineering processes, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, and aligning with both client specifications and regulatory requirements. You will be the driving force behind the strategic planning and execution of complex engineering projects, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to quality and sustainability.

The Engineering Manager must have a solid background in civil engineering, with a proven track record of managing engineering teams within the water sector. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is essential, coupled with chartered status or a strong desire to achieve this professional milestone. Exceptional leadership skills, combined with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate the complexities of large-scale projects, are paramount.
