Electricity Auditor - Cheshire

Working for a major player in the utilities industry, the Electricity Auditor will be responsible for auditing the installation of LV and HV / 11kV networks to ensure they are operating in a safe and successful way. 

Duties:

• Audit LV and HV / 11kV installation and commissioning activities in addition to health & safety
• Audit work of subcontractors, direct staff and external service providers
• Carry out inspections of 11kV substations on a yearly basis
• Liaise with network control room, Distribution Network Operators (DNO), local authorities, housing associations, contractors and developers

Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge of LV and 11kV networks – their construction and operation, including jointing, terminations, distribution boards
• ONC / HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
• NVQ in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Power Engineering (Levels 2 / 3)
• City and Guilds 2382 / 18^th Edition / 17^th Edition
• Driving licence
• CSCS Card
• NRSWA Operative (desirable)
• SHEA Power (desirable)
