About the Role

• Cost planning from minimal information for cost advice in short time-frames
• Preparing and issuing of enquiries, assessment of returns for commercial and technical comparisons to subcontractor and equipment quotations.
• Evaluating and negotiating contract sums with the client teams
• Identifying risks and opportunities
• Producing package reports and finalising contract sum analysis for all relevant packages
• Quantifying and producing detailed take offs

About you

• 3-5 years previous experience in the same role.
• Ability to follow company best practices and procedures
• Minimum relevant qualification to BTEC, HNC, HND level or equivalent
