Design Manager - Multi Disciplined - West Sussex

Then this is the role for you! This opportunity is working for a household name within the construction industry across the globe, with a reputation for delivering a range of projects across all sectors.

They are looking to strengthen their team with a forward-thinking Design Manager who is looking to take charge of the design and build of projects up to £40 million in value. The chosen Design Manager will be reporting to the Design Director with two junior staff members to assist on a portfolio of projects.

As the Design Manager you will:

• Deliver multiple projects from design to completion
• Control the design development within the Framework standards
• Work within budgets and look for opportunities to maximise profits
• Demonstrate stability on their CV, but looking for their next exciting challenge.
• Come from a contractor background
• Degree Qualification within a relevant construction discipline.

Salary and package will be dependent on experience £60,000 to £75,000
