Salary to £80k + package or £400 a day

Are you a talented and experienced Design Manager looking for your next challenge? A successful contractor is seeking a skilled individual to lead a residential development of 96 apartments in NW London.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing design teams and delivering high-quality residential projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the company's standards and client expectations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders and guiding the design team towards successful project delivery.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in design management, a degree in architecture or a related field, and a portfolio of previous projects that demonstrate your design leadership. You must also demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, and have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
