Design Manager - London - (Greater)

I have a fantastic opportunity to work with a tier 1 contractor with a group revenue of over £4b across all sectors. They have a consistent flow of projects within the private and public sector. This is a great opportunity to work with a successful team that has collaborative and forward thinking approach imbedded within their core values.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Lead projects to meet health sector and business unit objectives
• Head the coordination to the bidding requirements of P22 and health sector projects, working in collaboration with the regional business units
• To recognise contractual, financial, technical and operational risks and to find opportunities to minimise risk and maximise opportunities
• Ensure a suitable design strategy is in place

Knowledge and skills required:

• Experience working with contractors running projects from conception to completion 
• Degree in construction related field
• Membership of a construction related professional body (e.g. MCIOB, MRICS)
• Relevant Construction Skills Certificate Card
