The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of demolition projects, from initial planning through to execution and completion. To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in demolition project management.
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in demolition.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or a related field are highly desirable.
