Customer Planning Coordinator - Berkshire

A customer-focused Planning Coordinator is required to join a highly-regarded water specialist contractor to work as part of a team delivering a new pumping station. The project will last at least two years with further projects to come after completion.

Working closely with the Project Manager and designated Operational team, the role will see you using your customer service expertise to ensure that the overall satisfaction levels meet set targets. In order to do this, the role will require you to conduct surveys with customers on a regular basis to collate data on their satisfaction levels, give feedback to the site teams and ensure that any agreed changes to the work takes place and is monitored throughout the duration of the project. The responsibility to organise meetings between the project leads and the customers will be down to you, so it will be important to have competency in organising several diaries on a daily basis.

This is an opportunity to get more involved in the delivery of the project by working actively on site, meeting customers on a regular basis and being the focal point for all allocated works.

Required:

• Customer coordination/service experience
• Ability to be a self-starter
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Experience in managing databases

Desired:

• Experience within the construction industry
