A leading contractor / project management company seeks a Cost Manager to work on one of London’s landmark construction projects. The project will see an existing building refurbishment with new build attachments being connected to it. It will house commercial, retail, leisure and residential with the specification being high-end.

The role will suit someone with the following criteria:

Ideally MRICS

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

Major projects experience

Currently based in the UK

Ability to work independently

Structured career history with an established PQS or construction management company

Looking for a long term role, up to 2 years
