Contracts Manager - Construction - Hertfordshire

If you are a Contracts Manager with experience delivering multiple new build and refurbishment projects simultaneously then we have the opportunity for you!

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager with a long-established and successful main contractor in Hertfordshire.

This is a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a business with several live projects currently on site and new ones to start imminently.

As Contracts Manager you’ll be responsible for the overall build of a handful of projects running at different stages simultaneously. The typical structure will see a Site Manager report into you off each live project and in turn you’ll report into the Divisional Director.

Projects are typically of a value between £1m - £20m and the business works in education, healthcare, commercial, industrial, retails and leisure sectors.

Your desk will be in their Head Office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Your projects will typically be in an hours (drive) radius of there.

Desired criteria:

• At least 4 years’ experience at Contracts Management level
• Experience delivering projects of varied build types/sectors
• A Contracts Manager looking for an opportunity for the long-term
• Multiple years spent with each recent employer is required
• Unfortunately, freelance CVs are unlikely to be considered
