£70k + Car + Package + Annual Bonus

Would you like to follow a strategic decision to focus operations within the UK more regionally, a leadership position supporting the Company from tender/handover stage with technical and practical input, to ensuring overall delivery of projects in Scotland, including safety, quality, efficiency and profitability?

Skills & Knowledge:

• A degree in civil engineering or equivalent in a relevant construction discipline
• Demonstrable experience of management of concurrent contracts (gained from a TIER 2 contracting environment)
• NEBOSH Construction certificate (desirable)
• Good working knowledge and experience in administering NEC form of contracts
• Ability to manage larger contracts with on-site management staff, as well as experience in self-delivering smaller contracts directly with site operatives

Multi-disciplinary knowledge gained from some (or all) of the following:

• Jacking & Propping
• PT Civils (PTSI – executing and report writing /grouting)
• Carbon Fibre Reinforcement
• Expansion Joints
• Bearing Replacement
• Bearing Replacement
• Structural Repairs & Strengthening
• Structural Inspections / Surveys
• Cathodic Protection Installation
