Contracts Manager - Wiltshire

Salary Package: up to £70k + private healthcare, pension, 25 days annual leave excluding bank holidays, Bonus (10% of salary), car/car allowance.

This contractor has been around for more than two decades and always provides a great service to their clients, due to their machinery and equipment which the company own allowing them to never have a delay in starting a project. The contractor offers an exceptional standard service and works on a diverse range of demolition projects which has led them to turnover about £30m a year.

The role:

The Contracts Manager will be office based however will have to visit sites frequently in London and manage a number of projects

Contracts Manager position overview:

• Supervision and planning of workload for the site teams
• Working to risk assessments and method statements
• Client liaison.

Contracts Manager position requirements/qualifications:

• CCDO Demolition black card
•  SMSTS/SSSTS
• Should be conversant in Microsoft packages and ASTA
• At least 5 years’ experience on all demolition projects/packages
• The Contracts Manager will ideally be in distance from their offices in Wiltshire.
