With an unrivalled reputation for excellence this leading contractor has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to lead 2 to 3 residential projects ranging in value from 2 - 10m in value.

As Contracts Manager you will ensure that all sites are run in a safe and efficient way. Will need to be able to program work and administer JCT from of contracts. Must work efficiently, safely and professionally to ensure that the projects are completed within time and budget.

The ideal Contracts Manager will have:

- Residential Experience

- 3 years minimum Contracts Management experience

- Strong communications skills
