Contracts Manager - Essex

Are you a Contracts Manager with experience of managing multiple residential developments valuing in the region of £20 million plus?

Do you have proven experience in running multiple projects simultaneously?

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading contractors on some of their most prestigious multi-million pound residential developments. This contractor have a reputation for delivering large scale, highly prestigious residential developments ranging from £20-£60 million in value.

As Contracts Manager your role will involve delivering multiple projects within Essex and the surrounding areas. You should ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with the company health & safety procedures, controlling and managing project / site budgets including profit and loss, and managing budget constraints. Take overall responsibility for constructing the projects to a high standard and to effectively manage project teams.

Required:

• New Build residential experience  
• Experience of working on projects £20 million plus
• Contract management experience
