Are you a Construction Manager with experience of running large scale commercial fit-out projects?

Do you have proven experience in working on a major multi-million pound building project?

Are you looking for an exciting long term freelance opportunity on a highly prestigious project in London? 

Responsibilities:

Your role as Construction Manager will see you reporting into the Project Manager delivering a number of floors on a highly prestigious commercial fit-out project.  Experience as a Construction Manager within a main contractor or a specialist interiors company along with a proven track record of leading quality and safety procedures is essential.   

Required criteria:

Fit-out Experience

Experience of working on projects £20m plus

Construction or Site Management experience
