Construction Manager - London

Renowned for developments across London this organisation is currently developing a prime site and are looking for a Hard Landscaping Construction Manager to deliver landscaping, paving, pathways and access roads. As this contractor prides itself on the quality of its work and is a prominent member of the Considerate Contractor Scheme all works will be to a very high standard of workmanship and be scheduled to minimise any disruption

The successful Construction Manager must have excellent experience in hard landscaping and delivering high quality work especially fine granite. Supervising site activities is the primary function of this role however interpersonal skills in dealing with external stakeholders including the local authority, TfL and local resident groups is an essential requirement of this position.

A long term contract is on offer to the chosen Hard Landscaping Construction Manager with almost two years of work, the daily rate will depend on experience however as quality of delivery is of paramount importance remuneration will not be an issue in recruiting the best person for the job.
