Are you a Construction Manager or Site Manager with experience of running sections of a large scale mixed developments?

Do you have proven experience in working on either commercial, retail or residential developments?

Are you looking for a long term opportunity to work on a highly prestigious project in London?

Responsibilities:

As Construction Manager or Site Manager, this role will see you reporting to the Project Manager delivering sections of a multi-million, highly prestigious retail and residential development. Experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager within a main contractor or developer with a proven track record of delivering quality and safety is essential.

Required:

Positive attitude and a pro active approach
Experience of working on projects £30 million plus
Construction or Site Management experience
