As Dry Lining Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing all finishes, specifically dry lining a £100 million plus highly prestigious residential development. The successful Construction Manager must work efficiently, safely and professionally to ensure that the project is completed within time and budget. The chosen Construction Manager will be highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills.

Essential criteria:

- Minimum 8 years proven Construction Management experience

- Dry lining experience

- Residential experience
