The role will involve:

• Managing the commercial function across RC Frame and Groundworks projects from tender stage through to final account.

• Leading, supporting and developing a team of quantity surveyors.

• Putting commercial strategies in place to control costs and maximise returns.

• Working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.

• Producing regular financial reports and updates for senior management.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a Commercial Manager role within RC Frame and Groundworks.

• Strong commercial and financial understanding, including cost control and forecasting.

• Confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.

• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
