Commercial Manager (Civils)

Salary:  to £100k + package + bonus

Based:  London (TW6 2FL) + occasional travel

A leading UK infrastructure contractor has an exciting role for a Commercial Manager to join the team and take up an important role within a fast growing, well financed and Government backed civils sector.

The position will see you work closely with key Divisional Directors in initially tendering, then securing and leading projects within the UK that can range in value from £5m – 20m.  You will lead and in time build a commercial team and develop an environment focused around achieving success and growth.  There are excellent long term career prospects within this role, alongside working within a organisation that’s one of the most exciting environments to work in within the industry in the UK.  You will also report into a supporting and knowledgeable Commercial Director who is great to work with.

Experience Required:

• Strong pre and post contract commercially
• Able to take a lead role in areas like Tender Reviews, contract negotiation / agreement
• Good client interfacing skills
• Excellent NEC experience and knowledge
• Strong communicator
• Ideally degree qualified / Chartered
