Market leading contractor is looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to play a pivotal role, they are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead a dynamic commercial team. The chosen candidate will play a crucial part in a £120 million, science laboratory project based in Hertfordshire. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will take charge and work alongside the operational leads on this project.

The role demands an individual with a robust background in commercial management within the construction sector, coupled with a proven track record of effective team leadership. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with operational leads, providing guidance and strategic oversight to ensure the project's commercial success. You will pose excellent commercial experience - particularly in CSA / Shell and Core.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Extensive experience in commercial management within the construction industry.

- Qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and mentorship.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
