Salary:  to £75 - 85k + package (lodging provided)

An exciting opportunity has become available to lead a £30m rail and construction contract in Norwich. The project is a complex one as the works will be done whilst the site is still in operation, resulting in challenging logistical issues.

The client requires an experienced Commercial Manager capable of overseeing the whole contract, working alongside the Project Management team, reporting into the sector Commercial Director.  The role will see you initially get involved in procurement to commercially set the scheme up, and then over the duration to ensure commercial control is kept in line with the financial targets.

The role will suit a Commercial Manager with a structured career history, strong NEC knowledge, ideally rail, although other civils sector experience will be considered.
