Commercial Manager (Demolition) - Surrey

An up and coming friendly demolition contractor needs you!

An interesting opportunity for a Commercial Manager has arisen with a privately-owned demolition contractor that operates in the heart of the City but also with an office in Surrey. After continuous expansion, this thriving contractor is looking to recruit their first Commercial Manager to take full commercial autonomy over assigned projects.

As the Commercial Manager, your duties will be:

• Take full autonomy over the commercial aspect of all projects
• Work closely with the Director in Estimating for new work
• Use your commercial abilities to make savings/maximise profit on all projects

The successful Commercial Manager will ideally be a Degree qualified professional in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, and will have a 3+ year structured career history within the demolition sector.
