This consultancy is looking for a highly motivated Clerk of Works with knowledge in fire stopping, to join their highly successful and growing surveying and construction consultancy practice. The position is based in their London office. They are looking for an individual who has the initiative to hit the ground running.

Duties:

• Be customer focused
• Have a sound knowledge of building construction
• Excellent report writing and presentation ability
• Competent use of IT software particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
• Commercially aware and financially astute

The successful Clerk of Works will have:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Clerk of Works 
• Experience working on New build or refurbishments projects
• A valid and up to date Driving licence
• MICWCI or working towards membership.

On offer is a salary up to £50,000 salary, with great benefits including 24 days annual leave, pension scheme, relevant professional membership fees paid, personal development and training courses.
