Civils Estimator - Buckinghamshire

An exciting role has become available with an outstanding regional contractor who truly value and appreciate their employees.

The company has built an excellent reputation in delivering predominantly medium sized civils projects within the rail, power and highways markets with values ranging from £50k to 10m. As a business their group turnover and profit margins have seen impressive growth, with the Milton Keynes office having become an integral and important part in delivering on the company’s long term expansion plans.

They are looking for an estimator who will work closely with the regional director in tendering for the company’s work. You will need to be experienced and confident in taking a lead role, offering advice and providing pre-construction solutions to ensure the work tendered for has a good win rate. You will also have good client interfacing skills and be able to negotiate throughout the supply chain and produce accurate and competitive bids.
