This Housing Association is looking for a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor to perform a variety of day to day building surveying duties including building surveys, legal disrepairs, party wall matters, stakeholder management, and contract administration.

The chosen Senior Building surveyor will have a proven track record of managing construction related projects and control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 is essential.

Successful Chartered Senior Building Surveyor will have:

• Minimum 2 years proven senior experience
• Have knowledge of the Legal Disrepair Protocol
• Must be a chartered Surveyor
• Driving licence

Up to £55,000 salary with a fuel allowance, plus a bonus. There is also private health care.
