This Housing Association is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to;

• Manage their disrepair cases
• Deal with Party wall matters
• Work with in house and external legal teams
• Manage, investigate and resolve major complaints within time frames
• Produce reports

Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have:

• Legal Disrepair experience
• Must be a Chartered Surveyor
• Have experience working in Social Housing
• Driving licence

Starts from £41,000 salary including a generous package, this package is made up of a fuel allowance, plus private health care.
