The successful Design Manager will get the chance to work for one of the largest construction companies in the world, joining their successful team taking on the design process of secured projects.

About the Role

• Prepare and issue fee enquiries for additional survey and reports
• Working closely with the tender team to review client requirements
• Undertake design performance reviews for all primary, secondary and specialist subcontractor designers at both post-tender and post-contract stage
• Validation of design deliverables in scope and quality for fee and interim payments
• Periodic review of project for change control purposes
• Validate procurement schedule and technical submission details

About you

• Previous employment working with a Consultancy or Main Contractor is essential to be considered for this role.
• CIBSE – Member or equivalent is desired but not essential
• 5 years’ experience working in building services design/ co-ordination
