We’re on the lookout for a dynamic BIM Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Contractor delivering some of the UK’s most exciting Life Science projects.

If you have a pharmaceutical background, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy travelling to multiple high-profile sites, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive BIM strategy, innovation, and coordination across landmark life science projects.
• Partner with project teams, designers, and clients to deliver best-in-class digital construction.
• Ensure models meet all regulatory and client requirements while championing BIM excellence across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid pharmaceutical / life science project experience (essential).
• Previous experience with a Tier 1 or main contractor.
• Expertise in BIM processes, standards, and software.
• Happy to travel frequently across the UK to visit multiple sites.
