An award-winning, multi discipline contractor that has a strong presence within the South East has identified the need to recruit a motivated Bid Coordinator to work closely with their pre-construction team.

This is an organisation that are experts within specific fields such as demolition, concrete cutting and remediation. They have built a reputation over decades of establishment for being the “go-to” contractor for solutions within their expertise.

As a Bid Coordinator, your duties will be to:

• Work closely with the preconstruction team in submitting tenders
• Organise all bids accurately on the database so as the team can view easily
• Operate within a fast-paced environment submitting many bids on a daily basis

The ideal Bid Coordinator will have a structured career history working for tier 1 or large tier 2 contractors. Previous experience within the preconstruction division is also advantageous.
