A reputable demolition, basement and excavation contractor that operates in London and the South East is looking to add to their pre-construction team. They require a Bid Coordinator to join the team and feel it would be ideal for someone with 3+ years’ site experience who is looking to make a change to an office environment. Training will be provided in order to develop you into a first-class Bid Coordinator.

As the Bid Coordinator, your duties will be to:

• Review tender information
• Produce method statements, plans of work, sequence sketches
• Help with a estimating by carrying out take offs and working out volumes
• Produce mid bid and post bid presentations

The successful professional will have 3+ years’ site experience working within the demolition, basement and excavation sectors. Ideally the individual will also be degree qualified.

This is an opportunity to build a career within pre-construction and further develop from bid coordination to Estimating.
