We have a compelling opportunity with a respected contractor in the basement development sector. Boasting job security and hugely exciting projects, the company is owned by a major developer who have plans to elevate the contractor to an undisputed market leader.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will:

•  Deliver high end residential and commercial projects
• Work closely with the Commercial Manager and assist in managing a portfolio which consists of projects of the value £250k – £1.5M

So what’s required?

• 2-3 years of experience working with on residential or residential projects
• HND, HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

What’s in it for you?
