A well respected main contractor has identified the opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the business. Whilst reporting to the experienced Managing Surveyor, your role will see you working on a £20m residential concrete frame project.

Established over 100 years ago, this company has built a reputation for constructing high quality buildings. They operate throughout the Northern Home Counties, London and the South Midlands, providing services regionally for their major partners. They deliver new build projects up to £20m and have the capability and expertise to tackle any commercial, industrial, educational, healthcare, housing or retail project.

This role will enable you to join a well-established organisation where exciting projects ensure their employees are given the best opportunity to learn and enhance their career. The projects for you to work on are varied and very unique, allowing you to develop your own portfolio of experience whilst expanding your industry knowledge.


  • Concrete frame experience
  • Degree qualified or equivalent or working towards
