Rate:  to £300 per day Ltd
Based:  Berkshire (RG7 4PR)

About the Company:
Highly regarded and respected specialist civils contractor seeks an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a large, prestigious contract.  The Company turnover is in the region of £250m per annum, with civils making up £100m, but with plans for major growth in the coming years.  Project values range up to £50m, and they will operate as both a Tier 1 and 2.

About the Role:
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assistant the Project Commercial Manager on 2 schemes, valued together at £48m.  Both schemes form part of a wider, major project and growth spend on a scheme that has several years longevity in it.  The specific works itself will involve RC, structures and general civils.  

About You:

• NEC experience
• Able to take a package of work from inception through to completion
• Good client interfacing skills
• Ideally degree qualified, or HND level
• Able to spot commercial opportunity in a contract
• Enjoy working within a dynamic environment
• Be able to work well within a team that includes delivery and design teams
