The suitable candidate will have the following experience:

• Ideally degree or HND level qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Takes ownership of tasks
• Good analytical and numerical skills

Previous experience of working from a schedule of rates would be highly beneficial.
