This organisation is a fast growing business with an expanding client base and a focus on innovation. They have an enviable track record in winning awards on regeneration projects in and around London.

They now require a dedicated Assistant Project Manager from an engineering background to join their team to work on a regeneration projects valued at £50 million. Experience within the RC Frame and Groundworks sector within a main contractor background is essential as well as the ability to build good working relationships with their clients who they see as partners.

The ideal Assistant Project Manager will have an engineering background and experience working with main contractors ideally on large scale re-generation projects. Managing construction activities on challenging regeneration developments  as well as building successful long term relationships will require both technical expertise and great interpersonal skills.
