Assistant Estimator (civils / infrastructure)

Salary:  to £30k

Based:  North West London

A contractor with an outstanding reputation in the market has an exciting opening for a Junior Estimator to join the team!

The company have a number of divisions but the role will be to work for their expanding infrastructure and civils division that focuses on delivering projects within the rail and aviation sector.  Values can range anything from £500k to £30m, but will average in the region of £10m.

The role will be for someone to work closely with the Lead Estimator in delivering accurate and competitive tenders.  The Manager has an excellent reputation in the industry for developing and growing Junior Estimators skill sets that has a hugely positive effect on their working careers.

The suitable Assistant Estimator will need to have the following experience:

• Good understanding of civils
• Ability to do Take Off’s
• Ability to estimate single discipline activities under supervision

You will ideally be HND / BSc qualified or working towards and have good travel links in North West London.
