A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Estimator to join this ever growing team who dedicate themselves on not just getting the job done but also creating and delivering truly outstanding fit out and refurbishment projects for our clients.

As a highly skilled fit out and refurbishment specialist I’m sure you can appreciate opportunities like this one don’t come around too often at all.

They are now looking for an Assistant Estimator to come in and help split tenders, pricing small jobs between £500k and £4m. As the chosen Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be working alongside the Senior Estimator. The company turnover is £30m and they have recently won lots of work to go with the currently work load that they already have.

You will need to have Main contractor background experience for 2/3 years and ideally be within a 60 minute commute time frame to Croydon from where you are based and be highly Excel literate. Weekly working hours are from Monday to Friday 8 - 5.30, this role will see you be paid a salary of up to £36,000, with 27 days annual leave (4 days to be taken across the Christmas period) this is a great place to come in and learn your trade the right way!
