Airfield Works Supervisor (Aviation Civils)

Salary:  to £50k + package

Based:  Gatwick (RH6)

Are you a Site Supervisor interested in working for arguably the fastest growing and dynamic aviation contractor in the UK?

Our client has secured a major portfolio of work in the last year at the key airports in the UK and have now got an exciting opening for a Site Supervisor on airfields.  The role will focus on Gatwick where the works will involve civils, MEP, welding and piping with projects mainly ranging in value from £1-10m.  You will coordinate a skilled team, ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory requirements.

Key Criteria for the Role:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, showing structure to your career
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Good health and safety regulation experience and understanding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to coordinate staff and resources
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
