3-4x Quantity Surveyor (Construction & Civils) - London

WOW! This contractor has secured a tremendous amount of work for this financial year, and they need YOU!

After having their most successful year to date in tendering for new projects, this expanding multi-disciplined contractor has identified the need to recruit 3 to 4 Quantity Surveyors to manage the workload. Projects secured range in value between £1-50m, and comprise of: general construction & civils, structures, steel and demolition.

Most of these have been from repeat business, however they have had first-class business development and have managed to secure work from a range of new clients too.

As a Quantity Surveyor, your duties will be:

• Take on and oversee a portfolio of projects working closely with a delivery team on each scheme
• Work with the NEC, JCT and bespoke forms of contract
• Use your commercial acumen to ensure your assigned projects are cost effective

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be a degree qualified professional with a 3+ year structured career history within either the construction or civil engineering sector. Ideally this will be with experience in any of the above industries.
